The Sumner Senior Center is hosting Stay Active and Independent for Life (S.A.I.L.) from 9-10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 4.
This is an evidence based exercise set to music to help prevent falls in older adults. Certified instructor Sandy Gatlin will lead the hour long workout.
The event is $3 and available for any seniors in the area.
