Suspect runs, gets away | Enumclaw Police

Buckley police called Enumclaw at 11:25 p.m. June 24, asking that Enumclaw police assist with an area search.

HARASSMENT: A citizen arrived at the police station lobby the afternoon of June 26, complaining of threats and harassing text messages. An officer advised of options for a no-contact order and to block calls and texts. A review of the text messages showed no threats at this time.

PHONE RECOVERED: A woman contacted police the evening of June 26, seeking help in getting her stolen phone recovered. Police assisted and the phone was returned to the owner.

DISTURBANCE: Police made contact the morning of June 25 with three men in the parking lot of a Garrett Street business. The disturbance resulted from the possible theft of items from a Black Diamond location.

UNWANTED: Police responded the afternoon of June 25 to a Watson Street location and a call about an unwanted person. All parties were contacted and a man was trespassed from the property by the management.

SUSPECT RUNS: Buckley police called Enumclaw at 11:25 p.m. June 24, asking that Enumclaw police assist with an area search. A suspect had been detained by Buckley authorities but fled. The suspect was not located.

DRIVER ARRESTED: A traffic stop at 9:36 p.m. June 24 resulted in the driver being arrested for violation of a court-ordered ignition interlock device and driving without a license. The subject also was wanted on a warrant issued by Enumclaw Municipal Court. Bond was posted the following morning and the inmate was released.
