Author Dawn Walsh will be at A Good Book in Sumner from 1 to 3 p.m. for a book signing event. The newly published book “East of the Elbe” is a military memoir through Europe during the Cold War.

With the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall on Saturday and Veterans day Monday, the book signing is timed perfectly, said Walsh.

A Good Book is located at 1014 Main Street in Sumner.
