* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR THIS EVENING

OR WITH THE PASSAGE OF A STRONG COLD FRONT.

* WIND...INCREASING FROM THE SOUTH AT 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS AS

HIGH AS 55 MPH THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...WINDS THIS STRONG CAN SNAP SMALL TREE
