Ten area students were named to the Washington State University president’s honor roll following the summer semester.

The list recognizes students who enrolled in a minimum of nine graded hours during the term and earned a grade-point average of at least 3.75; or, those who compiled a cumulative GPA of 3.5 based on 15 hours of graded work.

Local students named to the WSU president’s honor roll were:

Bonney Lake: Shelli L. Battraw, Megan M. Miller and Corey R. Nash.

Sumner: Emma R. Smith.

Lake Tapps: Brittany E. Reid, Elizabeth A. Rice-Reynolds and Julia J. Wolters.

Buckley: Dennis D. Hendrix.

Enumclaw: Brian S. Walsh.

Ravensdale: Amanda M. Hill.
