Deborah Graves

Deborah Anne Graves was born Jan. 20, 1954, in Seattle and was adopted by Ida V. Linson and Donald C. Deakes.

Deborah Anne Graves was born Jan. 20, 1954, in Seattle and was adopted by Ida V. Linson and Donald C. Deakes.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, loved all animals, loved music and played a huge part in drama club and choir. Upon graduation she entered the medical field, worked in the emergency room and later went into tow truck dispatching. She endured more than 150 surgeries and was on dialysis for 25 years.

She is survived by daughter Corinne Marie Cody; brother Stanley Silva; sister Donna Marie Darrington; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Rickie Lynn Graves.

A life celebration took place Aug. 17.
