Enumclaw resident Douglas “Doug” Leifeste died May 5, 2015, in Puyallup.

He was born Aug. 27, 1988, in Renton, Wash. He enjoyed watching and playing sports, particularly baseball and basketball, and he is remembered as a hard worker with a giving heart.

He is survived by father Gary Leifeste of Enumclaw; mother Lorri Lanctot of Enumclaw; stepmother Allie Traub of Enumclaw; sister Jackie Leifeste of Enumclaw; daughters Alaina and Shayla Leifeste, both of Graham, Wash.; and son Jack of Poulsbo, Wash.

He was preceded in death by daughter Satura Leifeste in 2012 and grandparents Patti and Doug Leifeste and Phyllis and Harold Hamilton.
