Dr. Evan Charles Woods was born in Tekoa, Washington on March 31, 1934 to Leonard and Gladys Woods.

Evan attended Washington State University and then Northwestern University to get his doctorate in Dental Surgery. He practiced dentistry in Enumclaw for 35 years.
