Longtime Enumclaw resident Frances Marie Anda, 87, died March 14, 2014.

She was born Oct. 22, 1926, in Enumclaw. She worked at Boeing for close to 30 years. She loved reading, gardening, crossword puzzles, all types of card games with family, playing the lottery and being around her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by daughters Denise Williams and husband Larry of Olympia, Wash., and Nancie Ryan of Enumclaw; sisters Anne Anderson and Teresa Erickson, both of Enumclaw; two grandchildren and three great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by husband Stanley W. Anda in 1996, brothers Louis Sasek and Bill Sasek and sister Bette Sorensen.

At her request there will be no service. The family will have a celebration of her life in late spring at the residence.
