JoAnn Presba died at home in Enumclaw on April 11, 2019.

She was born Aug. 14, 1934, in Carbonado, Washington, to Stanley and Clara Belle (Toney) Secor. In 1952 she married Orville Presba in Seattle and settled in the Shoreline area.
