Josephine Louise Ahrens

Enumclaw resident Josephine Louise Ahrens, 82, died July 23, 2014.

She was born Aug. 26, 1931, in Spokane, Wash., to J. Laude and Evelyn Henager and was a career homemaker. She enjoyed China painting, gardening and family dinners.

She is survived by husband Glenn Ahrens of Enumclaw; daughter Janice Robertson and husband Michael; sons Rodney Ahrens and wife Donna, Dan Ahrens and wife Sonja and Steve Ahrens; brother John Henager and wife Ann; sister Joanne Dickson.

She was preceded in death by brother Jimmy Henager.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Cascade Caregivers, 2885 Elmont Ave., Enumclaw, 98022.
