LEO Dal Santo

Leo Dal Santo died Nov. 4, 2014, in Hillsboro, Ore. He was 92.

He grew up in Black Diamond and, as a young man, worked in and around the coal mines of the town. He made a career in the agriculture supplies industry, managing operations in Auburn, Sunnyside, Moses Lake and Olympia, Wash., and finally in Hillsboro. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a life member of the Black Diamond Eagles and member of the Hillsboro Rotary.

He is survived by daughters Cheryl Mulrony and Sherry Brandsma.

No formal services or memorial are planned. However, the family will be receiving guests from noon to 3 p.m. Dec. 13, at the Black Diamond Eagles Hall during their annual holiday celebration.
