Enumclaw resident Melissa James died April 1, 2018, in Tacoma at the age of 61.

She was born May 13, 1956, in Enumclaw to Crit and E. Diane Bird.

She is survived by her daughter Shannon James and sister Mary Rasmussen.

At her request no services are planned. Cremation arrangements were made with Weeks’ Enumclaw Funeral Home.
