Buckley resident Thomas Jolliffe, 79, died March 15, 2016.
He was born Dec. 6, 1936, in Bradgate, Iowa, and was raised on a farm. He joined the Navy at the age of 17 and served four years. He worked as a welder and was a member of the Boilermakers Union. He enjoyed working in his yard and helping family members with carpentry work.
He is survived by son Jerry Jolliffe of Enumclaw; stepson Rick Cofer (Eva) of Gilmore City, Iowa; daughter Tammy Jergens (Jay) of Gilmore City; sister Virginia Nelson (Tom) of Humboldt, Iowa; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by grandson Mark A. Jergens and brother Jerry Jolliffe.
