Tim McCoy died Oct. 22, 2016, due to a dirtbike accident near his home.

He was born March 11, 1957. He was a 30-year firefighter in Bonney Lake, a husband, father and foster dad. He aimed for excellence in all things but would be the first to say his greatest victory was in Jesus.

He is survived by his mother Frances; wife Anna; children Joshua (Charis), Emily and Alise; and siblings Steve, Kevin and Diane.

A celebration of his life is planned for 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at Lighthouse Christian Center in Puyallup, lighthousehome.org. A reception to follow.
