Vincent Paul Griffiths died June 15, 2011, at the age of 59.

He was born Oct. 12, 1951, in Lackawanna, N.Y., and followed his family to Enumclaw. His family moved away and he remained in this area with his wife of 33 years, Eileen Griffiths. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was active in the Enumclaw Moose Lodge doing community service projects; he was also a member of the Enumclaw Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1949.

He is survived by wife Eileen; brothers Roger Griffiths and wife Sherry of Attica, N.Y., and Richard Griffiths and wife Linda of Bogart, Ga.; sister Barbara McClenathan and husband Raymond of Klamath Falls, Ore.; and sister-in-law Kathy Sonneson of Enumclaw.

He was preceded by parents Richard and Dorothy Griffiths and brothers Jay Griffiths and Robert Griffiths.

A memorial service took place Friday, June 17, at the Enumclaw Moose Lodge. Memorials for the family may be left at the funeral home.

Services were directed by Weeks’ Enumclaw Funeral Home.
