I strongly agree with the Enumclaw School District’s board of directors’ decision to choose Tim Nickson to replace outgoing Gerd Weyer’s vacant position.

Mr. Nickson brings experience, enthusiasm, a technical background, a high level of integrity and the willingness to listen to students, parents, teachers and the administration. He understands the need to develop educational fundamentals in order for our students to achieve in the workplace and in life. On a global level, it is the countries, and their internal communities, which promote education that will succeed in the years to come.

It is very much to the board’s credit that of all the potential candidates for the position, the board listened to the community’s preference.
