After posting an easy league victory over Peninsula Thursday night and taking Saturday off, the Enumclaw High wrestling team jumps back into action with four opportunities for fans to catch the Hornets in action.

Defending state champion Hunter File and state runners-up Josh Musick and Kario Wallin spent Monday night wrestling against the top wrestlers Japan brought to the mat at an all-star event at Emerald Ridge High in Puyallup.

The cultural and wrestling exchange featured some of the top high school wrestlers in the area against a freestyle team from Japan.

The trio join their teammates tonight, Wednesday, for a nonleague clash with White River and then head to Auburn Mountainview Thursday to see if they can keep their 35-straight dual match, and perfect 3-0 South Puget Sound League 3A, record intact.

With two weeks remaining in the regular season, the Hornets then head to the 16-team Central Kitsap Mat Man tournament to square off against some of the top teams in the Northwest.
