EHS GIRLS WATER POLO: Hornets drown Sumner/Bonney Lake

The Enumclaw High girls water polo team beat Bonney Lake/Sumner 23-6 Thursday, May 5, in Sumner.

EHS had four players – Annie Birklid, Erin Stucker, Kelsey Sonneson and Allie Larrea – score three goals each.

Four more, Ali Ballard, Hannah Kinniburgh, Alexis Firlotte and Katie Larrea, added two more each.

Alina Van Ruff, Logann Erskine and Megan Lesmeister also scored.

Now finished with league play, the Hornets, 8-2 and in second place in the East Division, host Rogers today, Friday, May 6, at 4:30 p.m. at the Enumclaw Aquatic Center and Gig Harbor at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
