Sumner nets 3-2 victory over White River | Tennis

The White River High girls were defeated 3-2 by the Sumner Spartans the afternoon of Monday, March 19.

No. 1 singles: White River's Courtney Hall defeated Miriam Tu 3-6, 6-2, 6-4.

No. 2 singles: Sumner's Autumn Jacobsen defeated WR's Alexis Custer 6-0, 6-0.

No. 1 doubles: Sumner's Kyla Anderson and Jasmine Babcoche defeated White Rivier's Taylor Wombacher and Katie Durrant 1-6, 6-4, 7-5.

No. 2 doubles: Sumner's Sarah Layton and Monica Mursch defeated White River's Christina Ramous and Riley Burleigh 2-6, 7-6, 7-5.

No. 3 doubles: White River's Annie Shindle and Regan Speyer defeated Sumner's Samantha Walsh and Jessica Silone 5-7, 6-2, 6-2.
