Sumner's girls soccer team defeated White River 4-0 Thursday night.

The Spartans remain undefeated in South Puget Sound League 2A with a 10-0 conference record.

Ellie Degoede made the first goal of the night, assisted by Kelsie Colman. She brought the game full circle at the end, making the final goal assisted by Kaylie Rozell.

Rozell made the second goal of the night assisted by Sarah Carter.

Brooke Lancaster had an unassisted goal.

Goalie Jamie Lange shut out all Hornet knocks at the Spartan gate.

Sumner is slated to play Franklin Pierce on Oct. 18 at Sunset Chev. The Cardinals are the fifth ranked team in the league, with a running conference point total one-fifth of the Spartans'.
