White River boys win district basketball opener, defeat North Kitsap 55-32

The White River High boys began the District 3 basketball tournament in fine fashion Wednesday night, defeating North Kitsap 55-32 in a loser-out battle.

The game was played at Foss High School in Tacoma.

The Hornet boys' next game is set for 7:45 Friday night against Olympic High, which had a first-round bye. The game will be at Foss High.
