Hornets defeat Clover Park, avenging March loss | White River Soccer

White River's boys soccer team defeated Clover Park 4-2 in conference play Wednesday. Clover Park had previously defeated the Hornets March 19.

The Hornets scored their first goal at 4 minutes, courtesy of Zach Morris. He was followed at 12 minutes with a goal by Johnny Anaya. Clover Park racked up one goal in the first half at the 20-minute mark.

In the second half, Alex Morris scored a third Hornet goal at 43 minutes, followed by Clover Park at 55 minutes. Morris cinched the Hornet win with a 75-minute goal.

The Hornets play Fife at home Tuesday.
