The Enumclaw High Hornets will be looking for a South Puget Sound League 3A victory Friday when they host Sumner High.

Game time is 5 p.m. on the Southwood Elementary School turf.

The Hornets will follow that league encounter with a nonleague tussle Tuesday when they host Timberline High, also at 5 p.m..

Enumclaw played one game earlier this week, hosting Auburn Mountainview Tuesday.

Enumclaw High battled to its third tie game of the season Friday during the first of its two meetings with Sumner. On the road, the Hornets deadlocked 1-1.

On April 6, EHS had blanked North Thurston 10-0 in nonleague play. Kevin Flowers picked up the Hornets’ lone goal and Pierce Beigh earned the shutout in goal.
