Bonney Lake Tennis: Panthers tally two more league tennis victories

Bonney Lake High’s girls tennis team scored a pair of wins in South Puget Sound League 3A play.
On Friday, they edged Lakes, 3-2, in Lakewood.
The Lancers won both single matches, but Bonney Lake swept the trio of doubles.
Alise and Emily McCoy scored a 6-3, 6-1 win, while Beverly Kobe and Kayla Babcock won, 6-2, 6-4. The Panthers won the final game, 6-2, 6-4.
The Panthers defeated Clover Park at home April 21.
Jessica Roller beat Nicole Ford, 6-0, 6-4, and Katy Chaplygin defeated Briena Allen, 6-1, 6-1, in singles action.
In doubles action, Alise and Emily McCoy easily beat Mina An and Ga-Young Jin, 6-1, 6-1; Ashley Reisen and Barrie downed Tnalin Garcia and Tasmine Martin, 6-1, 6-1; and Babcock and Kobe blanked Tullia Watson and Seol Kim, 6-0, 6-0.
Bonney Lake hosts Peninsula today, Wednesday, and plays at White River Friday.
