Scalabrine and Celtics keep rolling

Enumclaw High graduate Brian Scalabrine had eight points on 3-for-4 shooting from the field and 2-for-3 from 3-point range in the Boston Celtics’ 112-94 NBA Eastern Conference semifinal victory over the Orlando Magic May 6.

Scalabrine, in a reserve forward role for a number of years with Boston, played 34 minutes in that contest and has been seeing consistent playing time.

The defending NBA champion Celtics tied the best-of-seven playoff series at two games apiece with a 95-94 win over Orlando Sunday. Action was scheduled to continue Tuesday and continues Thursday and Sunday if necessary.
