The White River High girls will look to continue their soccer success, fresh off a two-win week.
The Hornets earned a South Puget Sound League 3A win Thursday, slipping past Franklin Pierce 1-0.
The game’s lone goal came early, when Morgan Brown found the net in the eighth minute.
On Sept. 29, the Hornets earned a 3-0, nonleague victory over Timberline High.
Scoring goals for White River were Olivia Phillips, Maggie Williams and Brown.
The Hornets were searching for another SPSL 3A victory Tuesday when they hosted the Clover Park Warriors; results came too late to be included here but will be posted at www.courierherald.com. Thursday, White River travels to Lakes and Tuesday will find the Hornets at Peninsula.
