Wolverines host Homecoming games

The Enumclaw Wolverine football teams celebrated homecoming Saturday at Pete’s Pool.

The Pee Wees, undefeated in nonleague, shut out the Auburn Panthers 27-0. Touchdowns were scored by Austin Ross, Austin Barker and Bailey Deters.

The Midgets lost their game 26-20. Ethan McElderry scored two touchdowns and Austin Gregg caught a pass for the third touchdown. Anthony Hauser and Gage Whitehead caught passes for extra points.

The 89ers lost a 14-7 heart-breaker in overtime. Vince Hauser scored the Wolverines’ TD with Bear Kuro adding the extra point. In the fifth quarter game, Jesse Gregg scored touchdowns.

The Sweet Peas won 38-6. Touchdowns were scored by Mitchell Lockhart, Jordan Johnson, Brennen Lindberg, Alex Armstrong and Chad Bulpin. Noah Holmes added a 2-point conversion by kicking the point after touchdown. The Bantams lost to Auburn 25-7. Justin Tidwell scored Enumclaw’s lone TD on a 3-yard run in the third quarter.
