STATE WRESTLING: Enumclaw leading after first round, White River third

Enumclaw High was leading the pack after the first round of action at the Class 3A state wrestling championships.

The 3A meet began today in the Tacoma Dome and will wrap up with championship rounds Saturday evening.

Through the first round, Enumclaw – the two-time defending champion – led the way with 31 points. Yelm sat in second with 24.5 and White River was third with 22 points.
