Enumclaw water polo tops Emerald Ridge

The Enumclaw High girls water polo team pulled off a 9-7 victory over Emerald Ridge April 28 behind the four-goal performance of Lindsay Bowden.

Helping Bowden out scoring were Kelsey Sonneson, with two goals, and Erin Stucker, Alina VanRuff and Annie Birklid with one a piece.

EHS found itself on the short end of a 9-2 match with Auburn Riverside Thursday. Bowden and Sonneson knocked in the Hornets’ scores.

EHS also lost to Auburn Mountainview 10-4 April 23 and beat Peninsula 13-6 April 26.
