The Enumclaw High girls tennis team is looking to finish strong. EHS closes out the regular season with Peninsula and Clover Park and then heads into postseason competition May 12 and 13 at Clover Park.

Those two more wins will give the Hornets its second straight 14-0 season and league title. For senior No. 1 doubles Lauren Redman and Anna Nelson it will be 39-1 team record for their varsity careers. The pair lead a strong doubles contingent. Their only loss was to Bonney Lake, while No. 2 doubles Julie Sanders and Breanna Pierce and No. 3s Gina Sanders and Bedda Johnson are undefeated.

No. 2 singles Alex Putman enters seeding with two losses on the season.

The Hornets cruised past Franklin Pierce 4-1 April 26 and topped Lakes 5-0 Friday.
