Bar C Racing Stables Inc.'s first crop sire Sixthirteen had his first stakes winner on July 12, when his Quarter Horse daughter Lil Touch of Dixie won the $4,200 Prineville Quarter Horse Futurity at the Crooked River Roundup in Prineville, Oregon, on July 12.
