Even with a home course advantage, the Enumclaw High girls golf team couldn’t muster a win against league nemesis Decatur.

The Gators, led by the 1-over par 36 performance of Amanda Beyke, beat the Hornets 147-131 Thursday.

It was the second time this season the league-leading Gators have handed EHS’s ladies a loss. The Hornets top finisher was junior Madeline Petellin at 6-0ver par 40. Junior Tiffany Wilkening finished four strokes behind at 44.

The boys team has rescheduled its match with Decatur for Monday in Federal Way. Look for results to be posted here.
