The Enumclaw High volleyball team owns an overall record of 7-2.

Unfortunately, those two losses occurred in South Puget Sound League 3A action, one to league-leading Auburn Mountainview and the other to Bonney Lake, both of which currently hover above the third-place Hornets in the SPSL 3A standings.

Against Peninsula, Hornet outside hitter HayleeMae Dennis chalked up 19 kills. Dennis’ killing spree, most attributable to setter Gina Sanders’ 39 assists, was just one deciding factor in EHS slapping the Seahawks in four games 25-17, 25-21, 21-25 and 27-25.

With matching 3-1 league records, Bonney Lake and EHS went the distance. The Panthers prevailing 11-25, 21-25, 25-19, 25-22, 15-12. Dennis again flexed her muscle with a handful of kills and 10 digs. Other standouts for EHS were Richelle Carel with five kills and Katina Ferguson with three blocks.
