South or southwest winds between 25 and 40 miles per hour are expected, with some gusts getting up to 60 miles per hour.

The strongest winds are expected to last between mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

Additionally, a flood watch has begun today has been will last through Nov. 19.

Affected counties include King and Pierce County.

Five to eight inches of rain is expected in the Olympics and Cascades, and even more rain is expected locally.

The snow level in the mountains may rise to 7000 feet.

Rivers already affected by recent floods are not expected to return to normal levels by the time this second weather system arrives.
