SLIDESHOW: Hornets bow down to O’Dea 18-9

A four-run rally in the bottom of the seventh wasn’t enough to boost the Enumclaw High baseball team into the championship game at the Class 3A state baseball tournament Friday morning at Safeco Field in Seattle.

The Hornets lost to O’Dea 18-9.

The Hornets return to Safeco Field to face the loser of the Camas-Columbia River game at 10 a.m. Saturday for third place.

Tyler Carlson led off the third inning with a solo home run to highlight Enumclaw’s day.
