The Sumner boys soccer team defeated the Steilacoom Sentinels 2-0 in conference play Wednesday night.

The Spartans are 4-20 in the South Puget Sound League 2A conference, tied with Orting for the second spot in the league behind Franklin Pierce. The team will play Fife at Surprise Lake Middle School Field Monday night.
