The Sumner boys soccer team lost a Monday night conference game against Franklin Pierce 4-1.

Spartan Zak Rawson took the first goal of the night, unassisted, in the first half.

Franklin Pierce’s Sawyer Webster matched the goal at the 39 minute mark, and Cardinals Ryan Sandoval, Webster and Dakota Scott shot three more in the second half.

The Spartans are now 3-2-0 in the South Puget Sound League 2A conference. They play Orting at home on April 10.
