Spartans lose 10-5 to Orting | Sumner Fastpitch Softball

The Spartans took all five of their runs in the fifth inning.

Sumner’s fastpitch softball team lost to Orting 10-5 in Thursday conference play.

The Spartans took all five of their runs in the fifth inning.

Nicolle Peterson went to bat three times, connected with the ball three times, and ran to home once.

The Spartans were scheduled to play Washington Friday.
