Sumner’s girls basketball team pulled out a 63-34 win against Clover Park Tuesday night.

The Spartans remained consistently ahead of the Warriors, with quarterly scores of 16-7, 16-8, 13-5 and 18-14.

Jamie Lange earned the most points, 12, but few of her teammates were far behind her performance. Brenna Allsop earned 11 points, Alex Denzinger earned 10, Nicole Miller earned 9 and Madison Henken earned 8.

The Tuesday night game was the Spartans last scheduled match-up before  the winter break. They will return Dec. 28 to play Riverside Christian in the SHS gym.
