Registration for baseball under way

The deadline to register for the Boys Summer Baseball League is May 21 for grades 3-4, 5-6 and7-8. The league is sponsored by the Sumner/Bonney Lake Recreation Department.

Cost is $45 for residents and $50 for nonresidents for grades 3-4 and 5-6, and $55 for residents and $60 for non-residents grades 7-8. If there is room on a team after May 22, there’s a $10 late fee for late registration.

All games will be played on local fields and the league begins June 15. A coaches meeting is set for 6 p.m. June 3 at the recreation office.
