Salsbury scores junior golf victory

Tyler Salsbury followed up his 15-place finish at the state Class 3A boys golf tournament Thursday with a top finish in the boys 13- to 15-year-old division of the Junior PGA Championship Saturday and Sunday at Tumwater Valley Golf Course.

Carel, Hall top high school rodeo finals

Enumclaw’s Riley Carel teamed with Sam Weber of Colton to finish second at the Washington State High School Rodeo Association finals May 23, 24 and 25 in Ellensburg, Wash.

Hailey Jo Hall, an Enumclaw High junior, finished fourth in goat tying.
