Evan Carl, Alex Sloan and Cameron Steffey all went 2 for 4 at the dish and Steffey earned his fourth pitching victory of the campaign, blanking Lakes in the last three innings.

April 20, SHS hosted winless Clover Park, shutting out the Warriors 7-0.

Then it was on to Auburn Mountainview April 21, where the Spartans’ sticks fell silent and they mustered an anemic two hits during a 3-1 loss.
