Officer Personius, thanks for a great letter and hitting the nail right on the head. Hopefully some of those folks who just can’t seem to understand the reason for these problems will get the message. You explained it really well. The bottom line to all types of problems is laws are only obeyed by law-abiding citizens. I wish you and all other law enforcement officers well today and in the future.
