I really enjoy column by Rich Elfers on the opinion pare of this paper. I look forward to it every week.

His commentary is very interesting. I appreciate his opinions and the angle of his thoughts on current events. I enjoyed his editorial on House Speaker Mike Johnson (“The hypocrisy of ‘Christian’ Rep. Johnson,” published Nov. 12). I agree whole heartedly with what he had to say.

I hope The Courier-Herald will keep Rich’s column even though the far right keeps writing in and complaining. Rich’s column is a breath of fresh air in an increasingly polarized environment.
