Our government lied to us and then to itself. The U.S. House Task Force for the Declassification of Federal Secrets held hearings in 2025, and Chair Rep. Luna states: “The revelations emerging from these files are nothing short of staggering discoveries.” These discoveries prove Oswald was not JFK’s assassin, as the two deadly shots came from the front. Knowing this, the Warren Commission lied.

Douglas Horne, Chief Analyst for Military Records of the Assassinations Records Review Board, stated eight different sets of JFK’s photographs have never been in the collection; autopsy photos are in gross disagreement with actual wounds; 14 brain photographs are not JFK’s brain; and the digitized Zapruder film does not show the massive exit wound in the rear of the head.

Dallas Police’s tests of Oswald’s cheek for gunshot residue was negative. The Texas Attorney General gave the Commission information on witnesses placing Oswald in the lunchroom, but it’s not in the record. Pictures taken of probes showing penetration of bullets are not in the record. The Commission never publicly questioned Secret Service agents or doctors from Parkland. Pictured with the rifle, Oswald supposedly had opportunity, but it’s forged. The man’s rounded, wide chin is different than Oswald’s pointy, cleft chin. Enlarging it shows cropping marks.

CIA Deputy Director Helms lied to the Commission, and Counterintelligence Chief Angleton and CIA officer Joannides, Oswald’s main handler, lied to the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) in 1978, blocking Oswald’s investigation.

Oswald supposedly had motive as a disgruntled Soviet defector, but he was on assignment. While some dispute this letter’s authenticity, CIA Director John McCone wrote in part to Secret Service Director James Rowley on March 3, 1964:

“Oswald subject was trained by this agency…in 1957…1958…While in the Soviet Union, he was on special assignment…it would not be advantageous at this time to divulge the specifics…it would lead the media to erroneously claim this agency and perhaps others, were directly involved in the Dallas action. While the persons involved were in the employ of this agency as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, it is virtually impossible for this or any agency to maintain full 24 hour a day responsibility over its operatives…”

McCone hid that CIA and FBI agents were involved in the “Dallas” action.

Our government fraudulently presented evidence framing Oswald, destroyed autopsy evidence, changed brains for the second autopsy, and Oswald was killed to keep this hidden.

In 2023 the CIA fully declassified Oswald’s pre-assassination file, and we also learned that year how the bullet appeared on the gurney at Parkland. Over 80,000 more pages of classified documents are declassified, with hundreds still hidden.

Dan Hardway, former researcher for HSCA, stated: “For the past 62 years, the Central Intelligence Agency has actively and continuously obstructed the investigation of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy with no consequences for their actions.”

There are many campaigns needing to be carried out in today’s times, but a full reinvestigation of JFK’s killing must be one of them.
