Mail delivery failing

Even overseas, I’ve gotten better mail service.

This letter is directed to the Postmaster of Enumclaw. I have lived in Enumclaw since 2003. I have never had such horrible delivery service from any post office in the United States or in the military. That includes three different U.S. bases and three different deployments which also involves an overseas deployment and being stationed in Germany for three years. Since I have lived here I have (and I found out later that my neighbors have also) had my mail mis-delivered countless times. I’ve complained to no avail, just as many times.

I believe my neighbors will agree with me that your system is broken. I have informed delivery on my phone and one piece of important mail was on it. I checked my mail box and guess what? It wasn’t there.

I have had enough. I know you are new to Enumclaw mail. I know you haven’t had the chance to correct my issue. I know you know nothing about it. I have reported missing mail via the app. Now what? Nothing happens. I’ve tried to do it on the website — did you know you cant report missing mail until a week later? How convenient. The U.S. mail has made it impossible for me to complain about this issue that this is the only medium that I can express myself on.

Oh, and putting a sticker inside my mail box that says “watch out” didn’t fix the issue either. Im also pretty sure that if this rant makes it to the paper, I really won’t get my mail. Yes, that is an attack on the integrity of Enumclaw mail!
