Teaching kids a love of dance will last a lifetime

My family and I watched a wonderful performance last June at the high school auditorium. The amazing thing about this special evening was that the performers aged 4 through adult were nearly all local talent. The music, costumes and routines could not hide the youthful energy and enthusiasm of the dancers.

The gift of artistic expression that these young people were given by their parents is a gift that will keep on giving for a lifetime. Dance builds strong bodies, collaborative cooperation, gracefulness and self-confidence. Classes are being formed now at the Academy of Ballet at the Danish Hall. Your child may develop a love of dance. I have witnessed the benefits it has given to my granddaughter.
