This message is intended for Mr. Rich Elfers. All I want to say is thank you! You are the voice of calm, thoughtful, caring, educated, integrity, fact and reason. Your column gives me hope for our future. Heck, for humanity.

What a mess we have gotten ourselves in. The division is heart breaking. In all my years I’ve never seen our nation in such a mess. I am hopeful messages like your own will help put us back together and we will not make another mistake like we did in 2016.

Hang in there, Rich. People are reading with gratitude for your clear, concise and thoughtful words. We may not be as outspoken as some, but your messages speak loud and clear in our behalf.
