I just wanted to say how much I appreciate that you provide us with some uplifting stories about people helping people. I’m referring to “Black Diamond police, community lauded by woman in stalled car,” published Nov.17.

That story brought tears to my eyes. There is so much negative and bad news out there that it was refreshing to read a positive story like this one. I can’t thank you enough for that story.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a story like that in every issue of your paper.
